Rocks Off has performed hundreds of shows all over Europe to an ever-growing enthusiastic fan base.
Since 2002 the band has been invited to take part of Liverpool’s legendary annual Beatle Week, where they have performed for crowds as large as twenty thousand people.
In 2003 Rocks Off appeared on Sweden’s biggest morning TV show on the same day as the Stones began three outsold shows in Stockholm. Rocks Off has also had their live shows broadcasted on Swedish national radio.
At a Rocks Off concert you can expect to hear all The Rolling Stones classics as Honky Tonk Women, Satisfaction, Jumping Jack Flash, Brown Sugar, Start Me Up and many more!
But don’t worry Rocks Off are also generous to their hard core fans and will treat them to the lesser known classic such as Live With Me and Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, and on any giving night they might stretch out in the true bluesy tradition of the Stones and do a 15 minute version of Midnight Rambler!
Tony Johnson is the band’s undisputable front man with an on stage personification and a voice so close to Mick Jagger, that it will send shivers down your spine as well as a world class blues harmonica player.
Guitarist Les Granqvist, with his perfect blend of a loose bluesy feel and razor sharp timing, executes the crucial role of Keith Richards. He was the obvious choice for the job and might at times be slightly spontaneous which forces the rest of the band to keep on their toes. This cements his irreplaceable role as Keith and keeps a true authentic feel to the bands slightly dangerous rock 'n' roll image.
Rocks Off lead guitarist Lars Elf is a guitarist of extraordinaire ability who can switch effortlessly from interesting and intricate Brian Jones parts to complex Mick Taylor solos that will rip your heart out all the way to Ronnie Wood’s perfect and complementary guitar parts.
Since spring 2009, two new members, bass-player Jesper Klarqvist and drummer Peter Scherman joined up with the band and gave Rocks Off a new set of sparks and a fresh start similar to when Daryll Jones joined up with the old gang.
